Meet Your IT Problem Solving Team
Karlos Barltrop
Managing Director
Jonathan Adlem
General Manager
Jonathan has been working in IT since the mid 1990s. (We call this the beginning....)
He has been lucky enough to work in very small businesses and incredibly big ones, both internally and externally as a supplier – has managed to see it all (good and bad) so let me tell you no question is off the table to Jonathan. From driving around the Cambridgeshire fens (Yes, he comes from the Kings land) in a small van fixing computers through to huge projects for the NHS and Royal Mail and then everything inbetween.
Jonathan's role at Entire IT is to solve problems that get in the way of looking after our clients, ensuring we deliver high standards to all and implementing new platforms and services. He is married to a physicist and father to a pokemon and video game geek (typical 8 year old boy).
The final member of their family is a rescue dog called Ginny, that was saved from the racing trails in Ireland. He has been renovating a 100 year old villa in St Kilda for long enough that his wife and son want to move out. They’re fed up with sawdust and gib dust (manglitter).
In my spare time (hah!) I like to repair and fix things that I couldn’t afford when I was a teenager.
Michele Poelstra
Office Manager
Michele would tell you that she is a non technical person, she came from a Medical Practice background which has made her extremely people focused. Michele started with Entire IT back in 2014 and is tasked with making sure the Entire IT office runs smoothly. Sometimes it means getting her Mum voice on and everybody knows that if she has to have a Mum look for something and finds it, there will be trouble.
Michele love spending time with her family and friends, with a number of wonderful grand children to have fun with. During the summer she loves to travel and whether it is overseas or an adventure with the Caravan or on the motorbike, Michele is out living her best life.
Miriam Spronk
Business Manager
Miriam is our new Business Manager. Her main focus is Humans: ensuring the business is operating efficiently and that staff are being supported. Her work is both hands on and strategic. Miriam's background is in Management, Design, Sales, as well as having solid experience working in the Not-For-Profit sector as a Manager, CFO and acting CEO.
Being a kiwi and Dutch born, she has enjoyed being in the thick of it in New Zealand since 2003. Miriam runs a small farm of 12 hectares in South Otago with her husband. Her special interests are herding her goat mob of 18, talking to her kune kune pig Freddie and joining her husband in building projects. They always find time to tend their veggie gardens, visit dear friends and they love going on a roadie for the day.
Miriam's core belief is that more is achieved when working together, and that we always learn from challenges and each other.

He’s a keen tramper and together with his family and friends often goes to beautiful parts of New Zealand to get away from all the hubbub of city life. Brendan loves gaming on his new gaming PC (2023) and his many Xboxes. His son is also a keen gamer and together they play a lot of games, from Palworld to Minecraft Dungeons and Fortnite Lego.
